At Début we regularly stage productions,
allowing our students to display their talents.
Productions vary from revues to full-scale musicals and plays and we have
tackled work from many major West End and Broadway hit shows, such as Mary
Poppins,
The Producers, The Witches
of Eastwick, The King and I, Mamma Mia and many more.
Début students not only perform in our productions, but are encouraged also
to be involved backstage, therefore giving them a valuable insight into all
aspects of staging a production.
Many of our senior students have gone on to follow their dream in pursuing
further education in the arts at The University College of York St. John, Central
School of Speech and Drama, London, Mountview London and The G.S.A Conservatoire,
Guildford. |
